Privacy Policy

Chen Kaihao (陈铠豪), an individual based in China operating as VNERID, is responsible for the personal information processed for this website. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact vnerid@vnerid.com. The same mailbox handles product support and refunds.

This policy covers vnerid.com and communications sent to us. It explains the current website and separately identifies planned payment processing. Reading this notice is not consent to optional tracking or every possible future use of information.

• Website requests: our hosting provider Netlify necessarily processes connection and request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time and error or security events, to serve and protect the site.
• Language choice: the key vnerid-language-international saves your selected language in your browser.
• Optional note: if you choose “Keep my next step”, vnerid-next-step saves the text in that browser. VNERID’s website does not upload or synchronise the note, send it to an AI provider or make it public. Your device, browser extensions and anyone with access to your browser may still be able to access local data.
• Email you send: we receive your sender address, any name you provide, message, attachments and any order reference you choose to include.

There is currently no customer registration, password database, payment form, newsletter signup, public posting or visitor file-upload feature. We do not request precise location, contacts or identity documents through this website. Avoid putting sensitive information in a note or email unless it is genuinely needed for your request.

目前网站没有顾客注册、密码数据库、支付表单、通讯订阅、公开发布或访客文件上传功能，也不通过网站索取精确位置、通讯录或身份证件。除确为处理请求所必需外，请不要在笔记或邮件中填写敏感信息。

We use request information to deliver pages, keep the service available, investigate errors and prevent abuse. We use support messages to respond to your request, resolve a complaint or a rights request, and maintain a limited record of the outcome. We do not use your private note for profiling, advertising or automated decisions.

We will obtain any separate consent required by applicable law before a new optional processing purpose is introduced. We do not rely on continued browsing as permission to send marketing or use advertising cookies.

请求信息用于发送网页、保障可用性、排查错误及防止滥用。客服信息用于回应请求、处理投诉或权利申请，并有限记录处理结果。我们不利用您的私人笔记进行画像、广告投放或自动化决策。

新增可选处理目的前，我们会在适用法律要求时取得单独同意。不以继续浏览推定您同意接收营销信息或使用广告 Cookie。

The two VNERID storage keys described above are functional local storage, not an advertising profile. They remain until you delete them, clear this site’s data or your browser removes them. They have no automatic expiry. Saving a note is optional; browsing does not require one.

Use “Clear note” on the homepage to remove the saved note, or use the control below to remove both VNERID keys in this browser. Clearing local storage does not delete email you previously sent us or records held by a service provider.

We have not added advertising pixels, third-party behavioural analytics or cross-site advertising tools. Netlify supplies hosting, security and a platform badge; requests made to those services are subject to its applicable data-processing terms and Privacy Statement. Browser cookie/storage controls may affect platform functions. We will update this notice and obtain consent where required before adding non-essential analytics or advertising.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not give advertisers access to your note or correspondence.

• Netlify: hosts and delivers the website and processes the technical requests needed for that service.
• Email provider: Alibaba Cloud Mail (Aliyun) provides the mail service for our support address and processes the messages you send and our replies.
• Legal or safety requirements: information may be disclosed where a lawful requirement applies or where necessary and lawful to protect rights or address abuse.
• Your instruction: other disclosures require an appropriate legal basis and, where necessary, your separate consent.

We limit information to what is needed for the stated purpose. Providers may also have legal obligations for data they control themselves. Links to another service do not authorise us to send it your private note.

我们不出售个人信息，也不为跨情境行为广告而共享信息，不向广告商提供您的笔记或往来邮件。

No payments or transaction records are currently collected by this website. Our intended checkout provider is Waffo Pancake. Once enabled, its checkout will identify the legal Merchant of Record and link to the payment provider’s own privacy information before you pay.

Waffo Pancake will process payment credentials in its checkout. VNERID will not store full card numbers or security codes. For delivery, support and refund handling, we may receive the purchase email, product, order reference, amount, currency and payment/refund status. We will not activate sales until the actual data flow, applicable record-retention periods and delivery process are disclosed and working.

The provider may independently process information for payment security, fraud prevention, tax and legal obligations. Its terms govern those activities. Writing a local note or browsing VNERID does not submit a payment or send a note to Waffo.

Deletion from a provider’s backup or security systems can follow its documented retention cycle rather than happen instantly. Where a provider acts independently, its privacy information describes its own practices.

服务商备份或安全系统中的删除可能按其已公布的保存周期完成，不一定即时发生。服务商独立处理的活动，以其自身隐私说明为准。

The website uses HTTPS. Your optional note is kept locally rather than sent to a VNERID database, and only information needed for a support request should be emailed. We limit access to support and hosting administration to authorised access. We do not claim security certifications, routine external audits or an appointed data protection officer that we do not have.

No system or browser storage is completely secure. Keep your device protected and avoid shared browsers for private notes. If we become aware of a personal-data breach for which we are responsible, we will investigate, mitigate it and notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law. Where GDPR requires supervisory-authority notification, its 72-hour rule applies after awareness, subject to its legal conditions; urgent risk information will not be delayed unnecessarily.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may request information, access or a copy; correction; deletion; restriction; portability; objection to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent. These rights can be subject to lawful conditions and exceptions. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email vnerid@vnerid.com with the request and enough information to locate relevant correspondence. We may take proportionate steps to verify your identity, but do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary. We aim to respond within one calendar month, or any shorter period required by law. If a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within the initial response period.

For a locally saved note, we cannot retrieve, copy or remotely delete it because the website does not upload it. Use the local-data control in this policy or your browser’s site-data settings. You may complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction, including your local authority where the law provides that right. We will not penalise you for making a lawful privacy request.

依对您适用的法律，您可申请知情、访问或副本、更正、删除、限制处理、可携带，反对基于合法利益的处理，以及撤回基于同意的处理。相关权利可能受法定条件和例外限制；撤回不影响先前处理的合法性。

The operator is in China, and support messages are handled there. Netlify uses global infrastructure, including in the United States and other countries, so request information may be processed outside your country. Local notes stay in your browser unless your own browser, device or extensions transfer them separately.

Cross-border processing must have the safeguards required by applicable law. Our hosting provider’s applicable data-processing terms describe its transfer mechanisms and subprocessors; see Netlify’s privacy information. Where a separate consent, contractual safeguard or other legal step is required for a transfer we arrange, we must complete it before that transfer. This notice is not a substitute for such a step. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your request.

VNERID is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact vnerid@vnerid.com so we can assess and delete it where required. We cannot remotely inspect a child’s device or local note.

We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list or send promotional messages based on website visits or support emails. If we introduce one, it will have an appropriate separate opt-in and a clear unsubscribe method. A support email does not sign you up for marketing.

VNERID 面向年满 18 周岁的人士，不会明知而向儿童索取个人信息。如认为儿童向我们发送了个人信息，请联系 vnerid@vnerid.com，以便核查并依法删除。我们无法远程检查儿童设备或本地笔记。

目前我们不运营营销邮件名单，不因访问网站或发送客服邮件而发送推广。若未来开通，会提供适当的单独订阅同意及明确退订方式。联系客服不等于订阅营销邮件。

This is version 1.0, effective and last updated 4 November 2026. We will publish a revised date when practices change. For a planned material change, we will post at least 15 days’ advance notice on the website, unless an urgent legal or security change requires earlier action. We will obtain any consent required for a new purpose; continued browsing alone does not supply it.

English and Chinese versions are intended to describe the same practices. Contact us if a translation is unclear. This policy does not restrict rights you have under applicable data-protection or consumer law.
